Very expensive place 40 to 50 thousand over a encroaching fence on my property the fence wasn't even worth it so taken people to small claims court myself it's now 2025 Jan I took my neighbor to small claims court and won they were ordered to remove there encroaching fence off my property immediately and I had a custom fence built 1 ft from my property line as to keep a buffer so they can no longer tresspass my property I took pictures of the surveryour placing property markers as well as had the police present and fence people all there so there was no longer any issue with my property even though the neighbor said I built my fence onto his property which was not true and everyone was there to see where the professional surveryour placed the markers again that were removed by my neighbors in the past so there's no way it could be wrong .

I needed help with collecting a debt and Kyle was absolutely awesome. He is professional, an experienced lawyer whom I was very please with.
