Definitely look for other options. He processed my mother's Will, and later compromised her wishes by advising a beneficiary to usurp her appointed Executor, clearly violating his profession's ethical responsibility. He has zero integrity!

I worked with Mr. Brittingham for a little over a year to settle my mothers estate. It’s hard enough losing a loved one and trying to process your grief while managing the deceased affairs without having a legal dispute. Working with Mr. Brittingham I found him to be very knowledgeable, direct, responsive and understanding. If you need an attorney that will help you to get an amicable settlement I would definitely recommend him.

Don’t call this man unless you want all the estate $ spent and your family torn apart. Find an attorney who cares what happens past your estate settling, one who won’t do more damage than good. $ isn’t everything.
