I’d like to take a moment to thank all the folks at Brizendine Law Office for their fantastic representation. This was my first time being involved in anything like this and was completely out of my element. I didn’t know how anything would work and what the process would be like. Paul, Heather, and Janelle went above and beyond in explaining how my case would proceed. Anytime I had a question, I always felt I could reach out to them. Brizendine Law has won two cases representing me in the last year and a half, one was against a Workman's Comp Insurance Company and the other against the Social Security Admin. My first contact with an Attorney that represents the "Size Matters" Law firm made me feel like a little number and after my free consultation I felt lost and that this was not going to go well. I made a decision to seek out another Attorney and get a second opinion and this is when I contacted Brizendine Law. My injury happened in late 2019 and workmans comp used the Indiana laws to attempt side step treatments and care. Brizendine law stepped in and made sure that the Workman's Comp Insurance fulfilled their obligation under the law. After two years of workman's comp the limit was reached and I was dropped, not able to work and still having medical needs Brizendine law fought for me and was able to reach a settlement that far exceeded the requirements by law. Now having a permanent disability I had nowhere to turn but to file for Social Security Disability. This is another wall that is impossible to get over unless you have an Attorney like Paul Brizendine. Brizendine Law went into action again on my behalf to represent me against the SSA, after the first rejection Brizendine Law went back into battle and won and won BIG! I will have my disability the rest of my life but I can still have a life but I will say that without Brizendine law it might not have turned out as good. I want to personally thank Paul and Heather for their professionalism and kindness.
