It seems that anyone within the city or major area has issues with this lawfirm. I am seriously considering dropping them and hiring a new attorney. For one, it is my belief that my case isn't being handled by this lawfirms Georgia attorneys. For some reason everyone who has worked with me is from their Alabama location. I am currently at the Appeals Council stage of my SSI case. I was guaranteed that my lawyer would be communicative every month with an update to my case. I haven't heard from them since Decmeber 2025. My current attorney dosen't want go beyond her scope of work in submitting any paperwork to expedite this process for a household who is financially unstable. To add injury to the the situation, I did not recieve a call from this lawfirm on my case denial by the ALJ. I waited to see if they would call—nothing. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM. Prior to this stage, this lawfirm changed lawyers on me and DID NOT notify me at all. I had to call to.find out this information. The first attorney did not want to do any work and fumbled my case. The client has to be incessantly proactive to be kept abreast of their case. This is absurd for the amount of money that they want to be paid. I will make an addendum to my review if and when there is one to make.
Had a great experience during my consult and filing. They answered every question I had and were real patient. I would definitely recommend Brock and Stout to anyone interested in filing a bankruptcy.

Do not deal with them when it comes to a disability case. Me and a friend are discontinuing with them. They rarely update you. They dont get your medical information you are basically doing their work. They are only there to collect money. And they dont update your on major changes on your case. You'll find out on your own logging in online to the ssi site. Paying you to do nothing I think not! When a ssi worker encourages you to change attorneys that says alot. Pretty sure these so called positive reviews were paid for. 🙄
