Called the 1800 number and all I heard was kids crying in the background and lady on phone just talked over me about my landlord rights and if I wanted to move out. I have text and letter from landlord that are illegal. All person on phone said was do you want to move out because you will have if you sue your landlord... don't use them if your a renter they only want landlord case's
