Minutes ago, I spoke with Attorney Brian Halloran. Briefly, Campbell County District Court recently issued a Summary Judgment against a contractor who performed defective work on my property in Alexandria KY. Attorney Halloran gave me good, concise and practical guidance on how to collect the judgment as the contractor has failed to pay the Court ordered judgment. In a case like mine, where I have already been significantly hurt financially to correct the defective construction work, along with initial attorney fees and court costs, I appreciate the input and guidance that Attorney Halloran provided.
