Mrs.Brooks how can I start? My brother was all over facilities in the United States. He was in custody for 6 months and we couldn’t get him released. Brooks Law Firm, PC is an excellent law firm! I was unable to apply for my green card/I-485 even though my I-130 was approved. I was unable to apply because I had a removal hearing/proceeding related to a previous type of residency application pending that was likely going to be denied. Gracilene was able to negotiate the termination of the removal proceedings with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) attorney and facilitated the approval and signature of an immigration judge well ahead of expectations (less than 10 business days). She also saved us money by trying to reopen our original I-485 so we wouldn't have to pay for a new application, and she kept us informed throughout the entire process. Excellent attorney!

Gracilene Brooks is an excellent attorney! My wife was unable to apply for her Green-Card/I-485 despite our approved I-130 and bonified status.
