It is impossible to give a review of legal services received because I received none. I called Tuesday morning, received a recorded message and therefore left a message asking for a return call regarding making revisions to my will. I heard nothing back. So I called Wednesday morning, left the same message, and followed it up with a text message. It is now Friday afternoon and I still have heard nothing. Maybe revising wills doesn’t earn enough money. Extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me back and tell me.

Unresponsive and unprofessional. Blows off appointments repeatedly. And yes, the delay was problematic due to my own tight meeting schedule.

They are great professionals and do a good job for the community.

Jocelyn Brown successfully handled my Social Security Disability Insurance claim for my ME/CFS. She is a compassionate and hard working attorney who has the ability to work with people during very challenging circumstances. I highly recommend her.
