Just based of of calling them I give 1 star because they actually answered the phone. This firm told me to call the ombudsman, which I have already done and they were no help. I was referred to this law firm by another law firm and the lady on the phone said my injury didnt count so I asked what that meant and she couldnt answer me.. I can't seem to get help from anywhere. My take from this... Just don't get hurt at work because no one is going to help you.

This law firm is nothing short of phenomenal. My biggest advice is that if you are injured at work, contact them immediately. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to "do the right thing" and avoid obtaining counsel while assuming laws, companies & opposing counsel would also be honorable. WRONG. Tim Roberto & Bri Seay were able to get me the care that I needed and was being refused. There is a difference between fair & legal. Do not let the kindness & soft spoken tones from this dyanmic duo mislead you. They know the law & advocate for their client to the fullest. My only mistake was not seeing them & signing sooner. This team is also not in the practice of making false promises or fabricating a case. It will well serve you to obtain them immediately.

Mr. Roberto took me as a client when no one else would. I was young with very serious health issues and not enough evidence. It took me longer than anyone I know, but he continued to help me for almost 9 years until I finally won my case! During that time, they never asked for a dime and continued to help. I can't explain to relief when I won and was finally able to pay my own bills. Everyone was always kind and respectful to me and always responded quickly.
