Newman is very dishonest…..still haven’t received all my settlement funds and that was years ago …..This man is very unprofessional!!!!!!!👎🏾

Todd Newman is incredible! I’m not sure where all the negativity is coming from, but let me tell you, he’s the right choice! It took nearly a year to settle my case, which I anticipated, so I was patient and allowed him to do his job. Thank you, Todd!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional firm. Spoke to Stephanie the receptionist or "paralegal" about my case. She was Incredibly rude and condescending, like I inconvenienced her by calling. Needless to say I told her I would go elsewhere for legal representation and then she proceeded to call me and text me on her PERSONAL PHONE. Can't believe this behavior from any adult, let a lone a a law firm. Do yourself a favor and look else where. I also have the screenshot for anyone interested.

This is the most unprofessional law-firm. Todd Newman very unprofessional yelled on the phone talking to me as a kid. Also telling me he won’t take the case even though I found all the information on the case myself no help from him or the firm. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT come to this law firm for services. I am not a bot!

My accident was almost at the two year mark when Todd & Mike accepted my case, and I would like to say I didn’t have any expectations besides being told “no I can’t help you”… Both Todd & Mike went above and beyond what I even expected.. I was refer to the office by I guy who I don’t recall the name , he claims we was an attorney and give me an explanation on my case , and I could get help from the office. That’s back on 2022. The investigator came to me , did his job and then I signed an agreement to have them represent me. Todd Newman has my case, to be honest I didn’t find him near to be professional. Never reply to me email, and when ask about him , he was like I deal with thousands email. I guess that allow him not to response or read people email , but he still give his email address to people. Todd has a condescending personality towards his clients, and short tempered.Acting like he is too busy to deal with you, even for a phone conversation. He would refers you to his secretary or assistant.I never met him in person.And when you call , you always need to give them your names and phone number over and over. As they don’t have your case with them, where they can get your contact. And they would never give you a follow up call unless if you call them back.I think this office could have be better manage , and have respect and consideration for people as most of your clients going through difficult time with injury and misfortune . I wasn’t please with the way they handle my case, and if I new I would not sign up with them at all.

Reply to Garrett McLaughlin: You have slandered me and my office. Never a client of this office. You simply signed a Lease and took possession of a meticulously maintained apartment and literally "trashed it". Damages exceeded the escrow and you were informed of this. You then proceeded to attempt to interfere with the business of this office by calling our office over 30 times over the course of 2 days. Hopefully, you will learn to respect the property of others.

These guys been my lawyer for about 1 year and a half they don’t call me let me know the progress of my case when I sign the papers they told me 6 to 8 months I will only use top dawg in philly

I was referred to Mr. Todd Newman from a co- worker back in July of 2021 the same day I called they sent out an investigator and has me sign papers and from that day he was my so-called Attorney. From that day on I only talked to Mr. Newman twice and never met him in person like an professional and he never took the time to go over my case at all. The very last time I spoke to Mr. Newman he told me my case was going well and that he had everything he needed. Just as of yesterday he sends me a letter that states he done all he can do Which is what?? Every time I called his office I was always asked if I was his client now I been his client since July so how they don’t know who I am?? I’m also going to the doctors 3 times of week as suggested by his law firm but month’s later you can’t do anything to represent me but I been doing everything they required me to do!! I wouldn’t recommend him at all! They act like they don’t have time for you and just not professional at all which at one point I had to speak on how rude and how unprofessional they are. I would rather deal with Ron his investigator then this law firm. I guess they at 3.9 for a reason!! Next time I’ll do my research! Thanks for nothing!

It's usually one that is understandable, with in it's time or constraints OF, or there fore paid, and maybe an experience with a chance for growth.

My family used them for years! Great law firm!
