Will take your money and then ignore you. We started filing almost 3 years ago. It took him a year to get the opposing people served. After that Bruce quit replying to any form of communication. He will take your money pretend to do something and then quit communicating with you. SCAM ARTIST AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

WILL BE FILING A BAR COMPLAINT. don’t let the other reviews fool you. he takes your money and doesn’t help or CONTACT YOU. spent 2,500 only to hear from him about 3 times in 8 months. which had to keep calling and calling just to get ahold of him, he Didn’t do anything at all. just took the money and said there was no refund available. DONT TRUST THIS LAWYER. not only am I college student, but also had to use the money I saved up only to not have ANY help. Trusting him was not a good choice! I thought maybe it’s because he took advantage of me being a college student, but by the looks of it he’s taken advantage of others!! look at his response towards other peoples comments! it’s never his fault, it’s always the clients fault. DONT TRUST A LAWYER WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. These are peoples lives in your hands!!!

This office is a mess, the law clerk / Attorney Mariya E Mamaeva is as rude and incompetent as they come. She really knows how to manipulate people. But she just does not know what she is doing. in response Bruce Nelson, response to my review about his office and specifically Mariya E Mamaeva she works for your office and is the one I mainly spoke to. She calls your clients and tells them one thing while you tell them another, but ultimately you seem to do what is best for you and your office. You know who she is. Talk to her about how she talks to your clients, they are the ones paying your fees.

Worst experience I’ve had hiring an attorney. Assured me when he took my case that he’d be able to negotiate a plea in abeyance even though my speed was over the limit for that. Fast forward months later, where I have to attend 4 hearings that he was not prepared for, and I get stuck having to plea guilty. At one point I reached out to get an update on my case and didn’t get a response for an entire month. Very inadequate representation and communication. Not to mention, he was the most expensive attorney in the entire state for this case. I’ll be filing a bar complaint.

Bruce nelson cares about nothing but the money!! I have been waiting for 4 months for him to provide the papers the judge told him to provide. Mean while my soon yo be exwige keeps my son from me and i have left mr nelson multiple messages just to get a response from him saying he would look into it in a couple days and get back to me. This was a month ago. He is a cheat and a flat out dirty individual i wouldnt recomend him to my worst enemies!!!

Okay, so sometimes life happens and you end up a legal situation and the struggle to know what to do can be vary daunting. Contacting Bruce was the best decision we made; it turned a stressful situation into a much less stressful situation.
