Where do I start? Not enough spaces ,time, or words to describe this amazing law firm. But to give you a brief description of dedication, compassion and love( Bryant Law Firm). My special needs grandson was hit by a car. Austin Kennedy made sure that wrongful act that was done to my grandson was made right to him. He would walk in the office and the firm made him feel like he was a movie star and that would put the biggest smile on his face. This grandmother’s heart was filled with joy to see that type of kindness shown to my grandson. Our family wanted to convey our deepest gratitude to Austin and the Bryant Law firm for not only your hard work, but the love and kindness you all showed my grandson and I. After getting of the Army in 2021 I made some bad choices involving alcohol. Bryant Law Center represented me numerous times in court, helping to set me on the right path. Kevin Shannon was absolutely amazing! I was in a car accident this past August, and reached out to Bryant Law Firm for help. During consultation, Mr. Shannon listened to all of my concerns and worked diligently to assist in any way possible. In 2020 my family and I endured the tragic loss of my son in a car wreck in Kentucky. At the time I lived 2 hours away and had no idea what steps to take to deal with something like this. I was referred to Bryant Law Center and met with Kevin Shannon and the staff. Upon first encounter, they were so compassionate and very thorough in informing me on what this process would be going forward. I still didn't realize at the time what I was facing down the road. Thankfully I had put my full trust in Kevin and the staff and they took on the battle with the responsible parties involved. My attorney has kept very good communication with me throughout this whole ordeal. Letting me know every step he planned to take on my behalf and valuing my input if there was anything I had concerns about. Having Byrant Law Center on my side allowed me to continue my day-to-day life without worrying about having to travel 8 hours to Kentucky for every hearing or notice. Over these five years, I truly value Kevin and the staff as family friends because friends look out for one another and that's exactly what they did to the very end. I had an accident in October of 2023. My fiance and I searched and looked at other lawfirms and really like the reviews on Bryant lawcenter. As soon as we arrived Kevin and his staff must us feel welcomed and he explained very thoroughly on how my case would be handled. He really put our minds at ease. After my car accident in June of 2024, I wasn't really sure how to proceed as some circumstances in my life had changed. I was without a car and had some neck issues that I had not had before. After some thought, I knew that I needed to figure a way to make sure my concerns were not ignored and so I reached out to Kevin Shannon at the Bryant Law Center. Kevin and the rest of the team were very welcoming and provided me sound advice on what course I should follow to make sure my concerns were addressed. No matter how stupid of a question I had, my questions were answered with sincerity and clarification was always provided. I never wondered or had unanswered questions and Kevin was always available whenever needed. I have never had a need for a lawyer until then and can honestly say that if I ever need another one or need some type of guidance I will most definitely reach back out to Kevin. He was able to help me make a cruddy situation a ton better and appreciate him and his team.

I don't recommend at all. Live in East Palestine all they do is tell you what you want to hear. I wish I would have stayed local to ohio. They will not contact you unless you reach out.
