Buckeye legal funding they never give you the amount that you're asking for always give you a lesser amount that way they can get more money at the end the last time I applied I got approved signed all my papers still no tracking number. I called back about 3 hours later the lady informed me that there are Underwriters decided to put it on hold now watch I bet you I get charged for that amount I never did receive. Find another company that's going to suit you and your family

I have to admit after being ignored by other funding companies I had pretty much thrown in the towel. Then case manager Miss Nakia Walker did nothing, but do her job. From beginning to the status throughout the day. She was professional, communicative & respectful. She is definitely an asset to the company or any company looking for a quality, ethical employee she is it. I was at ease knowing the status of the application. Buckeye Legal Funding you have a great star employee representing your company! Thank you!

Im a little nervous to use this company for funding based off these reviews. I had to wait 3 weeks to get funding from buckeye. Now im getting the run around. I had 2 surgeries since asking for help. And i still received no help. Lets see if they'll give me anything today. Update: just like i thought. Called and the reps couldn't answer any of my questions.

Our Underwriting Department is evaluating your application. Occasionally we find we need your attorney to provide us with additional information before Underwriting can make a decision on your application. How long does this take my attorney gave u all the information you needed.

The Staff is professional and nice however the intrest rates are to high I took out a loan on 2 different occasions the total for both was around 3,100 The amount I paid back was $13,601. In my opinion it'll be best to find other options to your financial needs. I would personally never use a service like this again.

My check was stolen when i asked them to cancel it on monday They waited till thursday to tell me it was cashed at a bank on Monday they took resposbilty and still have mot reached out about my last review. Im so disappointed

ThxI am currently seeking a loan through this company. It was fairly quick that i received a case manager, who seemed to want to get my application funded . My lawyer sent them the information they requested, although he is not a fan of this service, and they are asking for more information . I asked the case manager, Nakia, what information they needed and she tells me that she doesn't have time to email back and forth . So i called and no answer. I do not know what is going to happen with this company, but the reviews tell me this will not be a pleasant experience. I will continue to post updates. *UPDATE* 5/12 Ok, Friday my application was sent to the Underwriting Dept for approval. Let's see how long this takes. I have apply and waited for a response from them . Is been a month and the case managers are a joke . I ask why you can’t fund my request she said it was the underwriters that the felt uncomfortable to fund this case . I don’t recommend waisting your time on this as a Branch Manager and financial background this was a bad customer satisfaction and service. I would like to say the way the communication and leaving message is like they don’t care about the consumer. Don’t wait a minute on this Company is a joke they need better management and people who love there job not when you say I’m going to write you a review, then I received a call and said I’m sorry but the underwriting dept. felt uncomfortable to fund this case what kind of answer is this is secured by the law firm this is there business to fund cases on there merit to begin .

Buckeye is the greatest🤗 I am awaiting my settlement and they’ve just been wonderful in giving me funds until my case is over with. The staff is very friendly and really my do care about how I’m doing in my recovery. Interest is also extremely low and affordable. Couldn’t be more grateful for Buckeye. ⚠️🚫 ALL HONESTY, This company is trash 🗑️🚮🚮🚮🚮 case manager never really responds until they feel like it, postponed my application after my lawyer sent the necessary requested information. They don't update you with any information or what's going on with your application. You'll be S.O.L. trying to apply to get a decent loan from them 💯💯💯 0 stars

I would give them a zero but I guess you can't do that, I applied for a loan while waiting to hear about a settlement on my case I called and asked for my caseworker several times I texted her I emailed her and no response. I understand they are busy but they either can't or won't take the time out to call you back. I called last Friday and spoke to a guy that Sounded like a robot. I requested enough money to pay off my Bill's for 2 months so things wouldn't get turned off and all they offered me was $750 bucks that's it I decided not to take it that would have only helped out with maybe with 2 bills and nothing left These people are such schisters. When I called today to cancel my paperwork and deny the loan the person I talked to swore up and down she talked to me on Friday. The only person I talked to on Friday was a guy that mostly resembled a robot. Before you go through these people make sure you look at everyone else first. I would write how I really feel but that language is not allowed on here.

Poor communication, I had to call multiple times just to find out anything involving my case.

You don't get close to what your asking for honest truth my case - lawyer says 96k and 2nd injury claim court dates in 6 months.. asked for 10,000 why not getting over 60k in less then 8 months from now. Only approved for 500.00 bucks

Called and called and called and after 3 days was denied buckeye shouldn't even exist they are the most unprofessional company there is on this planet the women that answered the phone was very rude I'm trying to get my point of calling across and she yelled over me and a bunch of other stuff I will be contacting the better business bureau when I get a chance please do not go through them any good review is a computer robot is not a real person wouldn't even give 1 star but it won't let me post unless I did so I will write out 0 stars

I asked for 1200 and got 850. I'm not complaining I'm being helped and I know they look at it both ways they also have to look at who they giving money to so I appreciate the help I'm just hoping I can be giving the amount thru my card and not check o need it asap. I got one loan from them it took forever now I have to have surgery so I applied for a second one so my kids are took care of dureing my six months recovery time I can't even get a responds on why it's taking so long it's been over a week and my surgery date is next week I dont need to put it off but if my kids are going to do with out I might have to they already did without a christmas
