Was only sent a text and email saying they can’t take my case due to 2 year limit yet failed to mention Michigan’s repose law for medical negligence. They definitely did not care to understand my cases or concerns. A conversation would have been kind to have had but clearly I wasn’t worth their time. Perhaps for the best, I’d rather be treated as a human being than with a dismissive email. Thanks.
Buckfire Law is by far the BEST personal injury/medical malpractice/accident office in the state. They are extremely professional, kind, empathetic and know the law. They take most if not all of the stress off of you in your time of hardship. They fight for their clients to the fullest extent possible. I could not have gotten through my injury case without them. No understand of the law. Wanted to sue the drug company and not the doctor who continued to give a deadly drug when knowing my side effects
