Started off good and was very responsive. Then stalled out and went quiet after 2+ years.

Someone referred me to buckhead law, but I wish I would have found my own lawyer. When I came to them I was in are car accident and my 17 year old daughter was also in a different accident. They ended up taking my daughter case but didn’t take mine because they said it took me to long to go to the hospital. They convinced me to let them keep my daughter case which is my biggest regret. So I found me another lawyer for my case “ who by the way was great”. It’s almost been two years and my daughter friend who was in the car with her was paid months ago and this law is giving us the run around

Been 2.5 years in and still waiting on the rest of my money. This is crazy. I have had the worst experience with this firm and still having to pay for things related to my injury- out of pocket bc they want to drag their feet with the tail end of my case. There was no real negotiation happening on our behalf after the main carrier paid out. They did absolutely no negotiation for our UM carrier funds and that is ridiculous considering it is our own policy. God forbid you get in an accident- but if you do, don’t use this firm. They even made my husband get a shot that he didn't need and that made him get less payout because they couldn’t negotiate down that colossal bill enough to make it worth it. Then when we pointed that out, they back pedaled. Like I said this is just the worst experience.
