They are the law firm that poorly represent our condo management association. I could easily pay my bill for association fees if someone would take my money, but the association is so poorly ran, it is difficult to pay. The person who I reach on the phone is short tempered, rude, and lacks desire to help. I have had several interactions with her over the last few years because I keep struggling to keep my account current, because we change management companies so often. I am a busy professional and auto pay is how I pay all my bills, so every time we change companies I have to fill out a bunch of paper work again to set it up. She will not accept my credit card to square my payment even though I would pay a convenience fee. This is 2023 and not having a credit card processor is just unacceptable for a business. She acts like this is just my problem and I am a delinquent for not paying. She says I should simply go during business hours with a check. Once again I am busy working, not retired like most of the old people that live in the condos. Most people now a days do not write checks, and I do not have time to deliver it during business hours. If someone would take my money, I would have gladly paid All the money I owed was from late fees on a collection letter I never knew I had because I attempted to square up my account but this was left off my statement. almost $1000. I have since paid this $1000 dollars and am current, but I never should have owed this money, because it was all late fees from them not being unclear and difficult to work with.
