The whole Burch team were tremendously helpful and worked diligently on 2 cases for my family. They were always available to answer questions, and explain the process, or give us an update.

Many people call the big firms after an accident. However, if you were not involved with a commercial vehicle, they don't want to talk to you. That happen to me and my wife.
