When you need an attorney is when it really matters who shows up. My experience, unfortunately, had me frantic to hire an attorney to protect my best interest as well as my resources. I had more than 5 experiences with consultations, payments and contracts prior to scheduling with Burglin & Doxey. I sincerely would have preferred that I began with this firm. What I appreciated throughout my experience has been Mr. Doxey's transparency, responsiveness, thorough explanations, knowledge and experience in supporting my informed decision making process to navigate a situation where I am having to trust strangers to help me through a legal situation. I appreciate that Mr. Doxey didn't sugar coat nor glaze over potential complications. I noticed a review that said Mr. Doxey was ...nastiest man, blah blah...my goodness, thanks for that review, as that is exactly what I want from an attorney I hire and have working for my best outcomes, though not once did I experience that. I can not convey enough positive feedback, all of my interactions with staff at Burglin & Doxey have been professional, personable and pleasant. Save yourself the headaches, start here! 10 out of 5 Stars, in my opinion.

Nastiest man I have ever dealt with

Burglin and Doxey is a outstanding firm

Jason Doxey destroyed my child custody case. I asked him and his office for months before my court hearing if they got my witness list in and submitted and I was told and even emailed yes but the day of court come to find out this was the 1st time he ever forgot not to put one in for a client and mine did not get put in so needless to say I didn't have a case to present and I had to sit there as all her witnesses lied and said only part of the story. So needless to say she got everything even after getting caught in a lie on the stand. Why because I didn't have anyone at all to testify on my behalf. They also still have the audacity to try and bill me another $5,000. After Jason and or his office is the one at fault for not being able to properly represent me at trial as I was paying him for. Also after my trial that he failed in he dropped me as a client and wouldn't help me anymore. He knew he was my last chance for the best for my kids and he totally dropped the ball.

This office is awesome.
