Pierre has the rep as one of the best in San Diego. He is tenacious, direct, fair and clear. Divorce is an arcane process that takes a while to understand, with complex processes and lots of detailed work (all done while you're limited mentally by emotion). It requires experience and *effort* by the attorney and unfortunately I used several who were just plain lazy and did as much harm as good. It was a mistake not using Pierre from the beginning. Too many things were left open to interpretation, uncertainty and abuse. I should have started here.

Pierre is awesome!

This is the second time that I have used Mr. Domercq. The first time was with spouse #2 and he created a successful outcome. The second time was a consultation regarding a divorce with spouse #3. Mr. Domercq is very personable, relatable and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a good sense of humor, but at the same time is very professional. He really listened to my situation and determined that for my particular case I didn't need to pay the expense of a lawyer of his caliber. He answered all of my questions and then gave me a recommendation to another attorney that would help with an inexpensive filing instead. I'm again impressed by Mr. Domercq. He assessed my particular situation (amicable divorce) and suggested what was best for me. At the end we discussed that I had a small credit with him from my previous case. He said that their firm had gone through two accounting systems since I had been there last, and asked how much the credit was for. I couldn't remember for sure, but it was an amount less than the consultation fee. He said that we would consider it even. What an awesome gesture. Because it was such a positive experience I asked if I could give him a hug before leaving. He said that he was a hugger and yes. I have worked with several other lawyers before finding Mr. Domercq, and I'm glad that I found him. He has fulfilled and exceeded my expectations.
