My interactions with Jessica Burke were very positive and I will hire Burke Law for any needs in the furure.

Samone Washington was put on my case against DCF targeting and discriminated me and walked me through a TPR with office of public defender's working with DCF against me. I completed 4 case plans for her to not present anything I have completed for evidence on my behalf. Be careful of this I have been told by another professional lawyer that what was done to me was premeditated and done purposely for me to lose my children. Take care of your family from this corruption do whatever you need to do to show your evidence no matter what they say. Believe me all my evidence she said would hurt my case don't believe it show your evidence and witnesses if not write a letter to the court on how your lawyer doesn't represent you properly.

You want Jessica and her team on your side. Jessica personally handled my case every step of the way. She went above and beyond for me and really helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. She was there for me whenever I needed her, even if it was after hours. She truly does this because she loves what she does. I would highly recommend using this firm !
