I would 100% recommend Logan Burke to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney. I was involved in an auto accident in July of 2023. As an insurance specialist myself I was confident in handling my own claim. Well, with all my knowledge and experience the insurance company was refusing to negotiate in good faith and I ended up at a stand still with my case. After reading the reviews for Logan I decided to contact her and retain her for counsel. She then began trying to negotiate with the insurance company and they began treating her like they were me (refusing to accept documents, conveniently “losing” faxes/emails, and refusing to provide a fair settlement offer). After many months of her fighting them we finally got to a number that we both agreed was fair and probably the highest we could get them to so I agreed to accept. I am grateful for everything Logan and her assistant Sam did for me even though I know my case wasn’t a major payday, she still fought for me to get what I was owed and made sure I was treated fairly. Like a lot of folks mention in the reviews, Logan Burke was very easy to work with and managed to get an otherwise unresponsive insurance company to settle my claim. Her office kept me informed as the process moved forward. I couldn't have settled the claim without her assistance!

My family met Logan Burke after a car accident. We walked into the office after exhausting efforts with the insurance company. Once Logan was able to step in, she took care of every single detail. In addition she took care of details that was not required of her but sets her apart in making her an EXCELLENT lawyer that you want on your side. The individual that hit our car was a person who was under the influence of something . At the scene the police officers did not administer any field sobriety testing. Logan had the foresight to realize this individual needed medical attention in some capacity. After realizing this individual did not seek medical care at the local hospital, Logan suspected she went out of state to seek medical care. Logan has superior investigative skills on top of her amazing legal knowledge!!!! Logan's investigative skills greatly impacted the outcome of our case and we were thrilled justice was served in our case. Logan worked with our family for about 3 years on this case due to the various ages of our children and court requirements for minors. In my opinion, Logan should have been paid more from our settlement! Logan stuck to her word from 3 years prior on what we agreed on. You will not find a more compassionate, caring, thoughtful and approachable attorney than Logan! You will thank yourself for going with Logan.
