Well, I don’t know Kelle very well but she seems have made it into my divorce case, which was filed by my husband’s attorney in Florida. My Missouri attorney waited almost 2 weeks to file the paperwork for divorce, as she knew Kelle and it appears to have been planned out well for my husbands benefit as Kelle’s law firm is in OUR building on I-70. Kelle suddenly became my husband’s primary attorney, even though he filed in Florida and was disputing jurisdiction. You see, he wanted his long-time attorney’s to cheat me out of what the State of Missouri would deem fair.

I do not recommend using Kelle Gilmore as a guardian ad litem. Steer clear. Edited to add: Funny how just by the name “Amanda,” they say I was not a client. Have they never had a client named Amanda? I absolutely was a client, I can provide proof if you’d like? And while the case actually was decided in my favor, it was despite her lack of care and accountability, not because of anything she did for me. I wasn’t going to give out details, but they want to come out the gate lying so to give just a few tidbits: She did not do even half of the meetings and filings she said she would, nor did she file in a timely manner. She also let my ex off with not paying his portion of the bill, while keeping my “overpayment” to make up for it and told me I would have to get my refund back from him instead. There’s more but I feel like that should be plenty.

Brett was very helpful and informative in helping resolve a property damage situation. He promptly returned my messages, listened to the details of what had transpired, and offered several options for a solution. If I need an attorney again, I will be reaching out to him.

30+ Years ago, Mr. Steve Burmeister helped my family with an adoption issue. When the adopting family backed out of the deal due to birth defects, Steve felt badly for us. He stepped up and took on our case pro bono. He never asked for one penny. The Child was ultimately placed with a family that adopted special needs children. That is the kind of compassionate character you will no doubt find when retaining this law firm. I recently sent Steve an email reminding him and thanking him for this.
