Calls went unanswered, emails sat for days with no response, and every time I did manage to reach someone, I got a different story than before. The lack of professionalism was unbelievable—missed appointments, last-minute changes, and a lot of internal chaos that clients shouldn’t have to deal with. It always felt like they were unprepared and scrambling, instead of taking my case seriously. Their antics made the entire process stressful and left me feeling like my time and concerns didn’t matter.
