Their case coordinators carry a lot of the responsibility during the initial application phase, and Angelic was hands down phenomenal. When you're going through an application process that is difficult emotionally and mentally, it is impactful to have a wonderful team and case coordinator in your corner. Highly disaapointed, received a call today for my pre-hearing screening. The lady who called me was very rude & told me they were going to withdraw my application, because I made too much money is 2025, I explained to her once again like I have to everyone else I have spoke with at this firm is I cannot afford to not work, I have little kids. Im in pain 24/7 because of my MS, someone from their firm told me I would be ok working up until my hearing...now she is saying no...im so mad & frustrated

Extremely disappointed! Most of the work I had to do on my own. I was always a step ahead of them. My attorneys were constantly changed without notice. They only really stepped in to file appeals for me. The attorneys made me feel confident that my records and documents were enough to win this case, only to drop my case after my second denial...stating that she was unable to reach me after 1 phone call to let me know I was denied! Smh... Knowing my situation! These ppl are a worthless waste of time. I am so hurt down right now. They don't genuinely care about their clients. Smh...now I have to find new representation or just give up. 😢

The lawyers in the office were than helpful anytime I called I was able to talk with someone who was working on my case. They always kept me informed thru the whole process on what was happening with my case. They fought like hell for me and I am forever grateful for every single one of them.
