I get a letter in the mail stating. I have to go to court. I call set up a payment plan.... I'm told directly by this company It was not necessary to go to court since I have a payment plan. For them to manipulate Me go to court after telling me. I don't have to be there and charging me another $600. Absolutely asinine pathetic for a company. Absolutely no ethic.

They're very knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Janet was very useless. My sister asked her to do something during the case and her response to her was "you had a kid with him." She is very unprofessional.

Doesn't have the initiative to take hard cases
