Very warming experience

We came in this office months ago to discuss our rights and what our options were in a certain situation dealing with a business issue. From the moment we stepped foot in the office, it was unwelcoming and the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all... almost felt like we were a bother to her by simply walking in. Mr Schwant assisted us with our issue. He was very upfront, which was appreciative. He just didn’t seem to give us any hope or great advice. He said he will follow up with us after he spoke with his staff... never did we get a follow up email or call. I suppose our case didn’t seem worthwhile since it wouldn’t bring this office any big bucks, so we were just left high and dry. Terrible experience from beginning to end. I don’t recommend them unless you have a HUGE case they are guaranteed to win.
