I am so glad I came across Burnside’s Google reviews one night in tears when I had finally had enough of being taken advantage of. Kelly knows what he’s doing and it’s a relief to have him work on your case. I was too exhausted to keep fighting a big box store over a botched window installation, not once, but twice over. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Kelly took multiple routes to get me what I was promised as the big box store completely ghosted me once the time limit had run out on being able to complete a chargeback. Lesson learned there, but I won’t hesitate to call Kelly to help again if anything ever goes awry on construction on my home.
