I have been using Brandon Elijah as an estate attorney for many years, since he worked for another law firm!. He has now had his own practice with his partner for a long time, and they do a great job on all my paperwork. I have had him do my mom's estate, my brother's, my husband's, and now my mother in law's estate. Writing up a quality general power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney, and will is necessary in today's world, and Brandon does an excellent job!

Losing a love one is difficult enough, then trying to handle things when you live in another state. Trying to determine which company to get help from, it is really difficult. So I sought them out when it was time to handle the Will going through probate and being made Executor. I was given Brandon Elijah's name from a friend after one of their family members had used him for their elderly parent. I was dealing with a lot having to move my mother from her home 1300 miles away to live with me. It had been an especially stressful event because my mother had been the victim of domestic abuse and at the advanced age of 88, she was in very bad shape. Brandon not only helped us navigate getting my mother benefits she was entitled to, but he has answered questions we have had several times months after initially meeting him. His professionalism, patience and thoroughness have been outstanding! His fees are very reasonable. He's not trying to charge an outlandish fee for very little work. One always has to proofread legal documents, and frankly many attorneys here in the CSRA outsource their documents to secretarial staff that are not fully qualified. After researching attorneys in the Augusta/Aiken area I decided to use Brandon Elijah of Burroughs Elijah Law Firm. I was named Executor of my Father’s Trust when he passed away. Unless you’ve had this experience you have no idea how tough it can be. My husband helped me and we researched everything like crazy. We only started making real headway when we met with Mr. Elijah and retained his services. Brandon is a pleasure to work with. He’s professional and very knowledgeable. It’s a complicated process. As a result of his guidance we were able to get through the entire process with a minimum of frustration. We were so pleased we have recently used him to update our own Family Trust.
