I reached out to the people with Burrow and Associates In the Duluth office, they were very nice and helpful. I had a lot of questions about who to talk to, what to do after my accident. It was seamless. The long back and forth was from the at fault party, but we stayed in communication to get things done. Took a few months and I am happy with the outcome. I had a terrible experience. Please run from this place. I was looking to file for Chapter 13 to stop a garnishment. This qas back in June I paid the fee in full. My payments which i was told from the beginning would be at the most 1100 including my mortage, I had my meeting with Burrow and he never inform me during the neeting what my payment was and so I called Lisa she told me it will be 500 a month. When I received my paperwork it stated 760 bi weekly and my mortage wil be paid seperate. I email Lisa and told her I could not afford this I was worse off with this plan. And i no longer wanted to move forward. This was October18. She called me we discussed and the next thing the trustee sending a letter to my job asking them to take 760 bi weekly from my check and the bad thing I am still to this day getting garnished from one of the creditor thats included in the payment plan. The garnishment never stopped. They still schedule a meeting with the creditors after i told Lisa thats not what i want to do. I refuse to meet and finally she sent me a voluntary dismissal form to fill out. I was not represented well at all. You moving like you on the creditor side and as if they are paying you. Feel free to reach out to me at anytime. I have emails of all the discussions. I should not have a bankrupty on my revord because of your neglect

Unfortunately, the information you provided at a later date, did not match the information you had provided initially. The difference was quite material and significantly changed the amount of your plan payments. <br>We had already filed an emergency petition to stop the garnishment but you asked to dismiss your case before we were able to stop it. The court automatically set your hearing date as soon as the case was filed. Once You decided you did not want to proceed with the case any further, we prepared the documents for you to dismiss your case. <br>We understand that unexpected changes in financial circumstances can be challenging, and we apologize that this adjustment altered your plans to deal with this particular financial difficulty. <br>Thank you for your understanding.
