My experience dealing with them was great! They were very courteous and professional!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been dealing with this firm for over a decade. They are shady at best and have very unethical business practices. I am about to file a complaint with the AZ Bar Association. They rejected settlements, they tried to hide payments and they keep trying to assess interest on a paid off account that they won't file the proper paperwork with the court to release the Judgement. Get your own attorney if you have to deal with these unethical and no moral attorneys. The attorneys don't even have the courage to speak with anyone they put it off on their minions.

I keep trying to offer Midland Credit Management a payment but once they found out they can use Bursey and Associates to go after my income and my rent money, they keep refusing my payment. I keep begging them to work with me but when they got these folks to get it faster through suing us they become incredibly difficult to work with. I'm going to lose my ability to survive in this economy because of these predatory business practices.. Please just accept my small payment. Stop going after my rent money.

They dont let yoh talk or question who they are. Angry lil people

So far had a decent experience dealing with Patricia, she’s good… it’s never fun to have to deal with old debt it’s very stressful and she made the process easier. Don’t under any circumstances speak to Claudia… just don’t do it! She is rude and doesn’t listen. She wouldn’t even let me speak talked over me when all I needed was a question answered. I had initially spoken with Patricia and had made all the arrangements needed for payment. I tried telling Claudia that and she wouldn’t listen. All I needed to know was if they would accept a cashier check. She spoke over me, refused to let me speak and Treated me extremely rude. I am still giving Patricia 5 stars. she was helpful and spoke in a very professional manner! Thank you Patricia! Hopefully this company hires more Patricia’s they would probably get more debt paid without problems and so many negative reviews.

They were very monotone but they were able to work with me on a payment plan that is doable.

You can garnish someone's pay check for up to 25% but Bursey doesn't abide by the rules, they went up to 50% of my paycheck. They don't care they are hungry for $$.

Worst company on the face of the planet.

POS. They went after my 95 yr old mother on a 17 year old debt. We had no idea until my mother called crying because she received the judgment in the mail. 95 years old & she receives $1,000 month social security & they went after her. That's the kind of firm this is.

This is one scumbag you wish you've never heard of. Specializes in wage garnishments. Acquires debt from other entities and pursues them. If you have his name on any paper heading it's too late!!!

I only had 1 payment of $134 before they suddenly added almost $700 without notice or explanation!

I am sceptical upon dealing garnishment, along the way, I realize that the people who work in this law firm, is just like me earning a living for their family. The first associate that I spoke with, and certain name Ana,is a good listener, she is very helpful, she gave me the option to resolve the case and along the way I have the privilege to work with Vincent, he had a bundle of patience with me, he is a good listener too, a very understanding person. And finally my case is resolved already before Xmas as I wish and pray for. I want to thank for both of them who really work with dedication, with the showmanship of professionalism. B&A I salute you definitely I am strongly give you a recommendation for your future clients.

They are withdrawing my father's pension from his bank because they claim my mother owes them money. Apparently they've been contacting her for payment but they've been sending all the paperwork to her old addresses. The only way my mom found out is when they withdrew 8 grand from her account. Then my father opened a separate account for his pension and they stole that from him as well. It seems they are purposely doing shady actions like this to get the courts to let them steal money from people. Perhaps payment would be made if they actually contacted my mother. But its amazing how they can find her and my father's current bank account but can't find her current address to send her paperwork about what she owes. They are scammers and all the negative comments are proving so.
