WARNING! Do not use this firm. Had 2 very very simple issues. Over 6k and 7 months later they couldn't resolve either 1. They keep dragging things out til you can't afford to fight anymore. Absolute Horrible experience. Total waste of money. Heather should be fired for her incompetence.

I worked with Stacy and had a solid experience, even though my issue couldn't be resolved (my fault not theirs.) Stacy is knowledgeable and honest, being upfront with costs and the potential outcome of my specific case gave me the confidence to make a business decision and not an emotional one. Stacy has been great to work with, and I have learned a lot about business and what not to do, as well as what I am good at.

Beware! The charged me $12,000 but there was no resolution of my problem. 1. They were to prepare a Complaint to the Court but were unable to do so in three months. 2. They had no clue about the undelaying laws that the Complaint was not necessary and all the "work" they have done was wrong and a waste of their and my time but they charged $500 me per hour! Beware!

I had the pleasure of working with Mason Simpson. We are a local contractor and had issues with a customer paying. Mr Simpson handled the mediation to perfection. He knows his way around the legal arena and called everything just as it would happen. Legal matters are no joke but having a solid attorney is a must for your anxiety level.

I was in a situation of having to cold call attorneys 10 states away and I was very uncertain about any groups as I really didn't have a way to get referrals from any one about their experience, but I got lucky and obtained the services of the Business Law Group - with attorney Mason Simpson. Boy did I get lucky. Mason, while having experience with large corporations, mega wealthy, influential people come to find out later, he never made me feel as if my issue was small or that I wasn't worth his time. He limited attorney time/fees the best he could and continued to update me on developments and worked with other co-defendants even making great suggestions to the judge when we were in a situation that ended up in mediation. He's a brilliant guy but doesn't mind watering things down to the regular person. I also felt something that it not necessarily in the legal system - and that is he wasn't into gamesmanship but rather did what was "right". I highly recommend him to anyone without reservation and I know that Colorado Springs has no idea the gem that plopped back there after a long stint in New York City. Hopefully I won't be in need of an attorney again (especially 10 states away), but if I did, I would hire Mason Simpson again - his paralegal and folks at his firm were also professional, helpful and did their jobs with excellence.
