After speaking to several other women, and sharing experiences, we’ve come to the conclusion that Ms. Butera is not neutral in mediating cases. My ex-husband even commented on how rude and one sided she was during mediation (she sided with him a lot). She made a comment saying that NURSES should not be making as much or more as she does (lawyers). If I could give her ZERO stars I would.

Lucia Butera is a very fair mediator. Also helps open your eyes to see the other person's side in reaching an agreement. Have gone to see her once court ordered and once on our own to help come to an agreement with our child custody case. Would definitely recommend!!

Mr Butera gives one hell of a fight in your defense, he surely has in mine. He is professional, understanding and fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

There has to be better mediators out there.
