Saving someone else the trouble and time by putting this review here ! This law office is very responsive to inquiries and returned my call immediately. They stated due to TN state laws “unless you have lost a limb, or lost your life, we do NOT take medical malpractice cases” The woman on the phone said “I’m not downplaying what happened to you, but you sound okay” This comment was very shocking and upsetting to me as you can’t see physically see someone though a phone line. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking for a well known law office.
