When someone has suffered loss it becomes very important that they be heard and that some effort is made toward finding justice. My family and I were recently involved in a car accident and through no fault of our own, our vehicle was totaled. We were both nervous, but he calmed and reassured us that all we needed to be concerned about was telling the truth and giving good details; he had the facts before him, and he would handle the rest. On the morning we went to court we were both very nervous, but Jon was calm and assured. He calmly and thoroughly presented the facts of our case and asked insightful and pertinent questions. We were awarded a settlement, and walked from the courtroom amazed at how smoothly the morning had gone. We came away feeling that we were given the invaluable opportunity to be heard, and that is completely because of the the folks of Butler, Vines and Babb's finely tuned sense of what justice should look like.
