I spoke with Attorney Bykhovsky today at his law firm. I really would've liked for him to represent I and my brother in an employment matter. We truly believe he would've done great and even prevail. Nonetheless, he decided the case is just a little more perhaps than he would've chose to take. Somewhat complex and timely. Regardless, we respect his decision! It's going to be a tough case! Longshot. He's a very nice gentleman (professional attorney), who was kind enough to take the time out of his busy schedule and talk about our case and offer us insight. If we need Attny. I recently had the pleasure of working with Eugene, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my needs. He guided me through every step of the process, ensuring that I understood all the details and felt confident in my decisions.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! The attorney (Eugene) waited until the very last minute to submit my claim. It was almost midnight and he submitted it at 11:47pm. I had a very strong case and he seemed very unsure of what to put in the claim and how to write it. I felt like I should’ve represented myself. Even with over ten recordings, of harassment, his presentation was not enough to get my case to be considered as probable cause to sue. He barely answered any calls and I was told each time he called that he was not in. I feel that he rushed with my case because he was out of town most of the time. He sent an email stating I could appeal. I emailed him in enough time to file the email. However, he notified me ten days later after receiving the determination. He did not submit my appeal in time and told me the time had passed so basically that was it. A horrible experience! I read bad reviews after the fact and wish I would’ve known. I am devastated and saddened by his incompetence and neglect towards my claim. I feel as if I’ve been violated all over again!
