Brilliant legal mind. Knowledgeable staff. Relaxed professionalism in the office so the client does not feel intimidated. The biggest issue between ANY attorney and his client is the client's failure to be forthright and honest. You must remember the attorney is there for YOU. No attorney can be effective if you fail to provide details or tell the full story. I have retained Mr. Potts for a divorce and would immediately again for any legal matter.

Absolutely horrific behavior. Even to his wife and staff. Unprofessional, arrogant, the poorest of communications, non effective, literally pushing papers and agreeing with prosecutors plea deals. A straight fold. These reviews and my presence will make it to the BAR!!!!!!!

This is my first time experience actually having to pay for a lawyer out of pocket. I am currently feeling thing's out as we speak. I have seen the reviews regarding the disappointment many claim they have experienced. I can see their point of views however, I was able to ask some questions. To my surprise, if you are direct with Mr. Potts with a clear understanding, you may yield greater results. It's all about communication and understanding. Great place for legal help

Very unprofessional. Conned several of my family members out of money. Mr. Potts gave them false hope and unreasonable solutions. Never did any of the legal work he said he would do for them & NEVER refunded my family for services they did not receive. I would never use or recommend this company for legal services.
