Nature of legal services: Real Estate Related Legal fees paid to date: $5k Start date of legal services ~Oct 2023 (ongoing) I continue to have a very disappointing experience with Carlo Fusco. From the start, communication has been poor—I must follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my case. It is now Feb 2025 and I still have not heard back from him in over 6 weeks, even after emailing Carlo on 3 separate occasions during January alone. This is an ongoing issue with Carlo which I communicated several times but nothing has improved. When I finally get responses, they are vague and lack clear guidance or progress. Additionally, I feel that my case is not being given the attention it deserves. Deadlines continue to be missed, and there seems to be little effort in preparing a strong strategy. For example, in January 2024, we discussed having a private investigator serve papers to a defendant in my case, and it was not until December 2024 that Carlo asked me to verify the defendent 's social media accounts that the private investigator found. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism and diligence continues to cost me both time and money. I expected much better from a legal professional and would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable representation.

As a small business owner it is critical to have a legal team in place ready for when things come up!! Mr. Fusco and his team did an excellent job representing our company through some heavy litigations. Mr. Fusco is assertive and the perfect man to take any difficult situation, and transition it into a smooth sailing operation quickly. I highly recommend him and his team, as they helped me clean up previous work another attorney was unable to resolve.

Lyn is sweet , professional and very thorough and Carlo Fusco is great at what he does. He saved my childhood home.I will be forever in debt to him. All aces in my book. Highly recommend.
