Very thorough with explaining the process, you don't pay anything at all they just take their percentage out of the settlement and send you a check. They were as quick as they could be, and very communicative, and the app they have to keep track of your case is super convenient. Awesome team, highly recommend and if I ever get into an accident again, C. Todd Smith Law is who I'm going to!

This law firm is there to help you and guide you through the rough times after a injury, they will fight for you and be there for you, you're not just a client, you're family. I was in a bad car accident that left me disabled and they fought hard to get me what I deserved from the accident. I still get holiday wishes from them and it's been over 14 years since I was a client. My wife is using their firm now due to her accident and they are on top of it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney after an accident.
