This firm boasts several areas of expertise but when contacted they do not take cases, may be it is based on something to do with the nature of the case or just interested in certain racial groups. Funnily, the firm thinks people with ascent are calling them free services and refer to free legal services.. This shows how immature the team is. I would urge everyone to stay away.

I had the wonderful experience of having Charles W. Smith as my lawyer. When I tell you the attention the detail and the kindness that he puts out was absolutely amazing. Anytime I would call I was always greeted by Gina Amat & Rebeca McCormack. They really take care of their clients and completely listen to any issues or concerns you have. Whether I emailed them or called them I always got a response. This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results. I would recommend them to anybody that I know because I know that they would be in great hands. If they could write a handbook on how respectable, honest and hardworking that they all are and have the other law firms use that as a guide, then I believe all lawyers would have five-star reviews. Charels is awesome and thorough it seems he is aware that clients are going to be difficult at times, but he stays professional his attention to detail is beyond reproach.

This guy hase convinced that I should go to law school. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer. I should’ve known better when he started talking bad about Republicans the first day I met him. This guy is a liar and has no idea what it’s like to live in the real world. You really want to hire the guy that can’t even shave his face on picture day?

I have used Charles three times over the many years I have known him every time we won, when you deal with Charles most of the time he talks directly to you his thoroughness with his paperwork is unbelievable is attention to detail so scary good that I'm sure everyone in litigation is well aware of this, one thing about Charles when he takes your case you can tell he cares like you're a family member, you will never get that at a bigger firm, I knew that if I really needed to talk to Charles and I couldn't reach him through the day he would probably call me back that evening.

Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well. While most lawyers I took the time to visit In reference to my case, I was always looked at as a difficult situation and possibly too much work to handle. I’m laments terms if it was too much work they didn’t take the case. Mr Smith not only took my case but won it in such a short amount of time. His communication, efforts, persistence and constant follow up ensured I felt like the case was being treated fairly and handled appropriately. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for me and strongly recommended him to ANYONE that needs help from a great lawyer. Although each case is different and not every case is one that he may be able to take I would definitely give him a call to discuss your individual situation. 5⭐️
