IT IS THE BARE MINIMUM TO ANSWER THE PHONE, RESPOND TO EMAILS, AND UPDATE CLIENTS ON THE STATUS OF THEIR CASE. I AM NOT SURE WHO IS BEING HIRED HERE, BUT THE LACK OF RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONALISM IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. FOR A FIRM THAT ADVERTISES SO MUCH, I EXPECT FAR BETTER SERVICE. YOU NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS LEVEL OF DISREGARD TOWARD CLIENTS.

I usually do not write any reviews, but I am so disappointed that I hope people can read this and DO NOT use this service. I contacted Cabanillas for my divorce, and everything was great. They got me to sign the contract, of course, and after that, the customer service was HORRIBLE. Nobody picks up the phone, they leave you on read on WhatsApp. They do not give you updates about your case; you must chase them, knowing you are the client. One lady oversaw my case, and she left the company. Nobody told me, informed me that she was not in my case anymore, and there was a court date that I was not aware of, and they charged me $750 because I did not show up!! Knowing that the communication was so off, I was unaware of this date/time/place. I kept saying that it was not okay to pay for this, and they kept sending me the invoice, knowing it was all on them. My divorce ended up costing me way more than what they told me, and I was always looking for someone to give me updates since their communication is so poor. I am so disappointed and would not recommend this team to anybody!
