I've had a very poor experience communicating and trying to work with Cable Huston. My mother and step sister were supposed to work TOGETHER with the same Cable Huston lawyer and come to find out the lawyer advised my step sister to work alone and never once reached out to my mother while he was only working with my sister while righting a document for my mom to sign to waive all her legal rights to hand them all over to my step sister. When I asked the lawyer why they would not work with my Mother and step sister together, Cable Huston lawyer advised my mother gets her own lawyer. This was the worst advice we have ever received and this law firm recommended to split my family apart from each other which ended up leading to my family to potentially face litigation against each other. My step sister did not want this to happen, my mother did not want this to happen and I'm still very puzzled why or how this even happened. Maybe the law firm just wants to drag this out further to take more of my family's money. Who knows why they did this to my family. This law firm gives out bad advice, they clearly have inexperienced lawyers (at least one of them) and do not have the best interest of their clients at heart. We ended up hiring our own lawyer to challenge what Cable Huston put together for my step sister and mom as my mom did not want to waive all her rights. Clearly they did not guide my step sister and mom correctly by having them work together with the same lawyer or else we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place. Be careful if you hire this law firm as they seem to not do things with integrity, they did not give my family good advice and actually pinned my family against each other which is the worst thing you can do after losing a loved one. I didn't even want to give them a 1 star...Zero stars for Cable Huston.
