I have edited my review to more clearly reflect my personal experience and opinions. I stand by my account of how these proceedings affected my safety and well-being. This review is not intended to harass or defame, but to share my experience. Ms. Caffaratti represented my abuser in court proceedings. In that role, motions were filed that resulted in protective orders being dropped and required continued interaction with my abuser. Those outcomes were extremely harmful and retraumatizing for me. As a survivor of severe domestic violence, I have suffered life-altering physical injuries, including a double mastectomy due to blunt force trauma, removal of a significant portion of my chest cavity, and years of physical therapy related to neck injuries and nodules resulting from repeated strangulation. The legal outcomes in this case directly impacted my sense of safety while I was still coping with these serious medical consequences. Based on my experience, I believe this advocacy showed a willingness to push ethical boundaries without adequate consideration for the real-world impact on survivors of abuse. This review reflects my perspective as someone directly affected by those legal actions.

I've had Morgan helping me out with my case for several years and she has always been incredibly informative, honest, and supportive. Having a contentious divorce where you feel like you're relationship with your child is under attack is so stressful and Morgan has helped strategically approach the situation with diligence and expertise. She's done so much to not only preserve the relationship I have with with my daughter and my time with her, but also my most valuable assets. Morgan is super fair and transparent and I highly recommend having her on your side.
