Amy Cahill has done an extraordinary job for me as a trademark attorney. Amy has a wealth of knowledge and the ability to anticipate what will work and what will not work with respect to submitting an application for a trademark. Amy does respect your effort to secure a trademark and will advise you to the best of her abilities. Tim Specht

Amy is amazing! I have a small Etsy store, and when a larger company sent me a cease and desist letter for an item I was selling, I felt intimidated and had no idea where to turn. Amy did everything in her power to work with me and get everything solved without having it escalate further. She was extremely accommodating and able to meet with me the same day I called, easing my nerves about the situation. She went above and beyond and I highly recommend her if you're in a pickle like I was! Praying I never have to use her again, but if I do, I know exactly who to go to.

Amy Cahill is clearly a knowledgeable and seasoned IP expert and attorney. As a small company, it is usually quite difficult and expensive to resolve a trademark dispute with a much larger national company, but Amy made it look easy! Within a matter of days, Amy opened a dialogue with our opponent's corporate attorney and quickly resolved the matter in our favor. I would definitely consult with Amy again if the occasion arises.

Wonderful experience working with Amy. The initial trademark application did not get accepted due to some trivial points, but Amy came through with a very elaborate rebuttal resulting in getting the trademark. Highly recommended. Thanks Amy!
