The law firm is the worst law firm ever I will never advised anyone to go through them. They do not work for you at all

They convinced me I had a strong case which I did because I was hit from the back. After two years they text me and say there dropping my case with no explanation. Now I need them to send a letter to the insurance company saying there no longer representing me and the receptionist hung up in my face . When I call back I gets no answer . I do not recommend 👎🏿

I would highly advise anyone looking for a caring and consistent law office to go elsewhere. This law office caused as much or more stress on me than being in the car accident that led me to them. For over a year I rarely got an email or call back to the point where you feel invisible and neglected. The paralegal told me she had too many other clients to deal with to answer my calls or emails. She also told me unless I wanted to claim on my own insurance that I needed to stop medical treatment because I had maxed out spending which caused me to believe I couldn't get further treatment. I've been told this paralegal doesn't work there anymore but if the lawyer actually cared enough to know what was happening with the clients then I feel this shouldn't have happened. As another reviewer said, my first lawyer also left the law firm without anyone notifying me and I only found out when I called his line directly. Also, I signed papers at the granbury office, my first lawyer was actually in Tyler, and then I was dealing with the Dallas office at the end. Nothing was consistent or personal and they definitely did not keep me updated on anything happening with my case. Although my 2 sons only had some bruising and emotional trauma, I signed papers that they would be represented by Cain Firm as well. We were told that our cases would all be presented together only to have my case settled first and then they called to tell me they didn't have a case for my children. I called back immediately and still haven't been able to talk to anyone. That's where we're at. I haven't heard back from them about those 2 cases. Yes, they did get me a settlement but it was small considering I'm left with chronic pain at 38 years old that has impacted every aspect of my life. I could have chosen to go to court but to be honest I didn't have it in me to deal with this law office any more. I would never wish this kind of stress on anyone, especially if they're already dealing with the stress of dealing with the aftermath of an accident.

This was the first time I've ever dealt with an attorney. Horrible experience! I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy! They NEVER return phone calls. My attorney apparently left the firm, and I only found out because I was wondering what was going on. The only person you can speak with is the paralegal, who knows nothing! DO NOT GO HERE!

I had an accident in the isle while I was shopping for flowers from an unseen obstruction in the isle. I called other attorneys but they all quickly dismissed the case. The Cain Firm not only took the case, but they slayed it in about six months! The communication was wonderful. I felt important and very well taken care of. I am so thankful to the entire team and truly amazed.
