I started using Cal-Evict for the first time in July of 2019. I needed help looking over my lease agreement to make sure it was compatible with current and local laws. The interaction was very pleasant, submitted my lease for review and received a reply shortly after. I was impressed by their level of attention to detail, professionalism and value for what I got in return. I recently contacted them again to consult on a couple of issues revolving lease extension and slight revision to the term. I was again helped out in a timely manner and got my questions answered. Attorney Tripathi and his entire staff make it easy to communicate and work towards helping you come up with a solution. I highly recommend his practice . Thank you Mr. Tripathi !!
