Horrible experience. He was referred by Legal Shield. I phoned on Monday 08.11.25 and spoke with Hadley. He told me as soon as he could see attorney’s calendar he would set up appointment for my time sensitive real estate negligence/fraud case. The next day I received a letter from the negligent parties attorney and sent over. I phoned numerous times. The first day was the only day anyone answered the phone. Today is 08.20.25 and I found a new attorney that has the respect to return my calls and the willingness to fight for the fraud/negligence and elderly abuse perpetrated on me. I was deeply offended by the lack of response.

I would give Caldwell & Morrison one hundred stars if it was available. I had my experience and the pleasure of being represented by Morrison recently on 10/10/24 at the Juvenile Hamilton Co. Courthouse. I was dealing with DCS and as a result not of my doing as the mother all four of my boys were taken into custody for two months until 10/10/24. Amanda Morrison amazed me at her knowledge of the law but also the fight she had as she defended me in our preliminary hearing. She is MVP in my book when it comes to attorneys. she felt more like family and a friend in my time of need and went above and beyond what any attorney has ever done in my experience when dealing with a attorney. Do not hire this joke of a lawyer. He made so many mistakes. He signed a temporary order wrong and gave my ex the visitation schedule he asked for despite what we agreed on in court. He’s lazy won’t answer your phone calls or emails. He didn’t even file my parenting plan under the right docket number.

I had a bad experience with Attorney Caldwell and could not recommend him to anyone. He incorrectly filed my suit under personal injury when it should have been filed under medical malpractice. I trusted his guidance but it led me astray and caused me to miss out on settlement money that would’ve at least covered my medical expenses. Instead, I walked away with nothing but a lot of discouragement and wasted time and energy. I felt that in the aftermath of the mistake, Mr. Caldwell lacked integrity because he neglected to follow through with his proposed solution to make amends.
