Very disappointed with this Law firm. We retained them a year ago and we never received communication on our case. We had to call them to see what the status was and never got a definitive response. Office staff was/is rude and we never actually met the lawyer who we paid to represent us. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal representation.

I just wanted to leave a follow up review that Jose Ibarra is still waiting on a response about his case. He has emailed, called and left messages. What a waste of money for an attorney that doesn’t follow up and follow through for their clients.

I hired Chase Butler sometime in April/May 2023 for my divorce/custody case. Where I got the quote $4,000-$5,000 If we had a NON Contested divorce. My ex has screwed me over and has been prolonging the divorce and instead of “My attorney” Chase helping me and charging my ex for the prolong of the case he has charged me more. I have had to pull money from savings and borrowed because he has gone from the initial quote to double where my ex has wasted ALL of our times on multi temp order hearings where instead of charging my ex and her attorney he charged me. We finally had a court hearing Jan 17, 24 where things were suppose to be worked out and i am still waiting to see the FINAL DRAFT OF THE DIVORCE AND SEE IF MY ATTORNEY HELP ME OR WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY SINCE IT HAS ALREADY DOUBLED. May 17, 2024 it will be 4 months that I am waiting for my final divorce draft. I will put another review and give current status.

stay away from this law firm for Family cases, i paid $6500 retainer, it was used before anything is done, the Lawyer I had Frank is a waste of time and money, do it yourself is much better , he dose not communicate nor return calls after 10 attempt to get hold of him, then he charge you for reading your emails, which are the same emails i was sending over and over again asking about the statues of the case. he kept loosing paperwork and kept asking for it again and again.

If you're in need of a family attorney I recommend Chase Butler. Him and his team are very supportive and caring. He will help you in whatever situation you are going through with the other parent.
