Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was in an accident with a relatively new vehicle and when the accident was severe enough to result in a totaling of the vehicle, I believed the minimum I should receive was enough to get me back to a similar point with a similar vehicle. This would have required to get about a $7,000 settlement payment in excess of the money received to pay off the rest of my loan. When I mentioned this on the phone Michael literally laughed in a very demeaning tone and said “I’ve worked thousands of these cases, which of one of us do you think knows what they’re talking about here?!” Do not recommend if you want any effort actually put in and not just expect the bare minimum!
