I have been working with Colin Mackay in connection with an auto accident injury for the last two years. A little background for the reader I am a Paralegal at a Estate Planning law firm in Los Angeles, California. I have been working in the legal field for over 15 years. Based on my personal experience with Colin and my history working in the legal field I can say that he provides exceptional service to his clients. He always responds promptly to text messages or emails. If you do not reach out to him then he will reach out to you to make sure everything is going well with your treatment plan. He is extremely knowledgeable in his practice areas. He knows how the insurance companies work and as a result knows how to communicate with them and get information from them prior to filing a lawsuit.
