I’m going to keep this simple because I don’t usually write reviews, but Gerardo Camacho deserves it. He’s the best business attorney I’ve worked with, period. He’s helped me set up multiple entities, both LLCs and corporations, and he’s done the stuff that actually matters after you form it like operating agreements, partnership agreements, and all the annoying but important contracts that you don’t want to mess up because it can cost you later. The reason I keep going back is he’s straight to the point, he answers quickly, he explains things in normal English, and he catches problems before they become problems, which is basically the whole point of having a lawyer. I’ve dealt with attorneys that make everything feel complicated so they can bill more hours, that’s not Gerardo, he’s efficient and business-minded and you can tell he’s done this a million times.
